Locksley
Locksley's a new favorite. This four piece band from Brooklyn plays positive, upbeat songs that will make you think of the "Hard Day's Night" album by The Beatles. Get used to these guys - 2007 will undoubtedly be a huge year for them. They will be playing Mercury Lounge at 9 on December 11th. Might be the last time you can catch them in a venue that small.

The album is incredible. Capturing the harmonic vocals of the Beatles with Libertines charm and rounding it all off with gritty New York sound and Strokes-like solos.
Epic!
